Currently Innercool Therapies' Director of IP & Corporate Counsel, Dr. Wieczorek was SDIPLA President for association year 2003-04. Mark has practiced patent litigation and prosecution at the law firms of Fish & Richardson and Kenyon & Kenyon. He has a Bachelors degree in Applied Physics from Caltech, Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Physics from the Johns Hopkins University, and a J.D. with high honors from George Washington University Law School, where he also served on the George Washington Journal of International Law and Economics. He has authored numerous scientific publications in journals such as Physical Review Letters, Physical Review B, and the Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials
